it says (greeting from EM lillimu) bought it from a vendor for 50k thanks for the help

If someone had made a char under that name, it wouldnt have said "Greetings From EM..."

It sounds like he just got lucky and got a real good buy. Theres no way possible for any char to rename the sash to say Greetings from...

So to answer the OP, its not a fake, and you got a damn good buy.
