sampire in EC

Is there anyway to make mass mobs flag you on a sampire in the EC like you can by making a macro to open your paperdoll in the CC. Its hard to do champ spawns when you cant get yourself to autodefend against the closest thing thats attacking you.

make sure you have always attack on and then just make a macro with like 25x target next hostile. Should make everything around you attack you.

I use the mouse wheel:
wheel down: target next enemy
ctrl + wheel up: attack current target
wheel pressed: target nearest enemy
