Could anyone help me out with a price check on how much something like this is worth?

I would say the ceiling is probably about 40-45m for the right buyer. If you want to sell quickly, might want to aim in the range of 25-30m. A decent piece with the 10 stam, 4 MR, both LMC and LRC. Would be more, but fire resist is low, no intel, low mana.
