Salvage Bag

Has anyone ever had this happen?

I'm training my tailor and was set to salvage a bunch of items I'd made. I do so but instead of returning cloth, the salvage bag turned them all into bandages including my cut up cloth (1000's) which was not even in the salvage bag. Very annoying.

I've not had that one happen.
I've salvaged ignots to end up at 8000 weight through

but they fixed that one.
