(Question) Rune library?

Could someone please tell me the location of a good rune library on Atlantic? Looking for one that has runes to the cities in all facets.

Goodman's Rune Library is the second house west coming out of the Makoto-Jima moongate.
WinterBreeze is next to the Yew sheep pen.

From those two libraries you should be able to go just about anywhere.
They also have books of other libraries in Sosaria.

The building just west of Goodman's also has a teleport hub with tele-tiles to most of the player-run towns.
