Right it be good for a refinement suit or you would just make the DCI up in the armor.
ive got a similar situation with a no ssi 4stam 35di jewel. its not ideal, as you have to account for the dci elsewhere but in general id say worth about double what a normal one would be.
(i ended up deciding not to use the di overcap stam jewel if anyone is interested, might go well with one of these)
