Reszing in Luna

Ok I recently got 2 plots next to each other in Luna I want to drop them and put a bigger plot have walked it off and it will fit. But When s the best time to do so.. I am scared to loose the spots.

i think theres a command like "i want to resize" or something like that, and it will demolish your house and got 60 min to put a new plot until someone else could try to put it
