1) Check again the file location and be sure that they are in the right directory (without sub-folders).

2) From windows: Start -> Run -> "Regedit"
NOTE: if you can't find "Run" on the start menu:

(for 32 bit systems)

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Electronic Arts\EA Games\Ultima Online Enhanced

Also id like more information on this before i try this step. Seems pretty complex and i dont want it making changes that will affect other parts of my computer just to use an add-on for one game.

Is there a way i can search my computer to see if i have the codecs? Are there ceartain option on teh setup of this download i should avoid if i do not have the codecs?

- Audio Codecs:

This is another important requirement and if you are unsure if you have the codecs or not, you can install the K-Lite Codecs Pack that will provides you all the missing codes.

press DEL ... but 90% of cases do not requires to do that because the patcher is in the wrong folder...

just install the package, nothing bad will happen...
