Remove Traps without Lockpicking and Detect Hidden?

I decided to train up Remove Traps to defuse those nasty faction traps. Now I know that I need Lockpicking and Detect Hidden at least at 50 to start training that skill. But do I still need them to actually remove traps once I'm trained?

In other words, can I stone off Lockpicking and Detect Hidden once I'm GM Remove traps and still be able to remove any traps?
