@Smurf - What is considered clean? Is it 70% hit lightning/harm with nothing else or do people want damage increase? Is Battle Lust a negative for most people?

clean is just one reforged property so 70% lightning + damage increase since its there off the bat when crafting the bokuto. Battle lust is crap.

To the experienced crafters out there:
Is crafting an exceptional bokuto with dmg Inc better to reforge or is reforging a crafted bokuto not exceptional no dmg Inc better to achieve a clean craft? Hopefully that makes sense

You want it to be exceptional, as exceptional items have more imbuing weight than non-exceptional items. You can remove the damage increase with a whetstone after crafting and before imbuing if you'd like.
