[General] Reforge options for 70% hit spell?

Anyone know the best options/hammer to get clean, or close to clean, 70% hit spell weapons?

what about wooden weaps like a bokuto? what saw and options?

haven't had much luck on test center which is where i normally figure this stuff out.

Copper Runic & Ash Runic are the lowest runic levels that can generate 70% hitspell without adding brittle or cannot repair etc. I didnt check out which package is least likely to produce unwanted mods but im sure you can look that up. I just looked at semmersets charts posted in the reforging thread.

im interested to know your results. i would think rocking a cooper hammer you will get a 2 mod piece so would suspect you need to burn quite a few to get a second mod u can live with.
