Is there any way to know which recipes has a certain character already learned, like a list or something like that?

I can't remember what my crafters already learned or not...

Not that I am aware of but it sure would be a nice thing to have!

If you bring up the crafting menu then select the menu item individually it will tell you if you have the recipe or not. That's the only way I know

In the enhanced client, I noticed in the blacksmithing menu, there is a little scroll symbol in the lower right-hand corner. If you click it, it will tell you what recipes you're missing. I'll have to look later to see if they show up for all tools (tailoring, carpentry, etc.).

I checked just now, the little scroll works for all skills... it takes a few moments to check, but it gives a nice list.
