[Blacksmithing] Reactive paralyze

Hellos,

How to get Reactive Paralyze on 2-handed weapon with runic reforge.

I have tried full copper hammer with "Powerful" + "Grand" + "Inspired" and selected "Towering / of aegis"

and no luck.

Looks like Towering/Aegis package is the right one. How many attempts have you made? Have you tried non-powerful too? Maybe you don't even need a copper hammer, since it is a yes/no property instead of a intensity, maybe just a dull copper hammer gets you there.
