[Discussion] Quiver of rage

I found a lot of quiver of range while Idocking but all them have a slpitted damage (20% for each element instead of 40% of cold). Are them illegal?

The quiver of rage with 20% of each damage type is what the quivers have turned into after they were modified to do less overall damage.

In other words, that's the norm now.

ah ok, because I have both type and one of them probably are not up to date

You won't have both anymore. Quivers of Rage are all the same stats now, including the "pre-patch" ones.
