Question on Halloween Quest (spoiler)

Ok here's the question.



Anyone know what exactly the new uber-talisman spawns on? Further, does anyone know if it's necessary to be working the quest to get that talisman?

If you mean the slayer one, it drops from the skeletal lich.

And, as I understand it, this creature spawns in champ spawn-style fashion from spawn currently located at graveyards?

It's not a champ spawn type spawn. It just spawns anew as one is killed. You don't have to kill anything else in order for it to appear, it's already there.

At least in some places. In others it's stopped spawning.
