I am quite behind the times on purchasing upgrades, etc. from Origins. With the 20% discount, I am considering a few different ones. I'm basically considering the following: (1) Rustic Theme Pack; (2) Gothic Theme Pack; (3) King's Collection; (4) Captain's Bundle or just the boat. Any insights, good or bad, will be appreciated. Is the Captain's Wheel with the Captain's Bundle worth the extra cash outlay? Are there any items I've not mentioned that folks find particularly useful and worth the cash? I know all about the forged metal tool, so no need to mention it.

Question about Origin Items for ultima online

I did think of another item, but I can't find it on Origin site: Smuggler's Edge. Seems pretty cool unless it has charges or is way expensive.
I got the rustic, gothic: for the hitching post and chest of sending. The rest I sold. I bought the caps bundle but lost the boat cause I didn't understand the decay rules. The caps wheel since in a chest somewhere. I have no idea what's special about the kings collection except to deco addicts.
Legacy tokens (for the soulstones) and teleporter tiles are the only items worth buying on the site as far as "value" goes. But if you have expendable funds you can sell a lot of the stuff in game for gold to people who are rl poor.

Thanks Spyder, didn't realize that the hitching post came with the Rustic. I knew a raised garden bed does. Did you find the Captain's Wheel useful at all? Is it usable on other boats or just the one you can buy from the store?
