[Necromancy] Question about new expansion

From the release notes there's this: "Necromancy Update: Focused Spec players can now cast spells in Horrific Beast Form."

What's the Focused Spec mean?

Interesting little tidbit. For a second I was thinking that it might have made beast form a viable thing to do, but alas, no.

I thought the same thing to Taun. It would have been even more epic than my stone form mystic tank mage. The again, this would have been OP.
