Can anyone let me know who the governors are and what each city buff currently is?

I switched to Moonglow when Sir Annoyed told me they had 'Faster Casting'. Boy was I disappointed. I thought it would make me fish faster....

Ok just kidding. I can only add that Moonglow is FC1. I believe Brit is as well. Skara Brae is SDI atm but a ballot box recently appeared so a vote may be coming. Those are the only 3 I know sir.

Thanks. I just x-ferred from another shard. Apparently city loyalties do not go back to neutral on a char x-fer. So looks like I have to wait a week before I can use them anyways. =/

Good to know, that's something that needs to be changed.

there is a bulletin board in brit/napa that have each city and have info for each city. not sure why it is up. too bad the govs cant click the blue dot of their city and put the buff they have chosen. I tried wont let anyone post.
