I've been away for a while but on my return all my previous rune libraries have gone (I assume the houses were sold/traded).

Does anyone know a public rune library for my thunter in Europa.....

Please.....

One that is actually there

I have a library on Pacific, but I know what you mean. When I want to find new librarys, I just visit different houses. Always surprised what I find. Many good ones out there.

I have Runebooks to all T-Map-Spots.

Just go to Umbra Road, Blue Wolf Traders, then go to the 1st house when u come from Luna (last house from Blue Wolf the Vendors where Ressources are sold) and move 2 Screens south, there is my Tower, in the basement next to the door are the Runebooks.

Infront of theese books is a 10th year statuette, which increase your luck by 400 for one hour, feel free to use it too.
