New composite bow speed is 4.5, swing speed should be 1.75 and dps lower.

I hadn't looked at pvp healing in a long time since I hadn't pvp'ed much. I tried my best to capture the average healing. The pages on the spells and skills in uoguide and stratics are not clear on a few of the healing methods and may be wrong. Let me know if you know better.

Can an archers avg damage per second against 70% resist overcome a person just healing? I guess armor ignore and mortal strike look required.

Hold it at 4,0s ore it lowers a lot of players arround 0,5s at same ssi/staminia setting.
