Greetings,

I reactivated an older account and tried to buy the Stygian Abyss Expansion to upgrade it. I recognised quite some changes to the store; when I tried to buy that upgrade, however, it told me several times that there were problems with my "account details" (reference number 53300) and transaction stops. Anybody knows what the problem is? creditcard is valid, of course...

How old is the account you tried applying it to?

Did you set up the EA master account?

Are you logging in with your EA master account when you purchase the upgrade or are you using the reactivated one?
