Problems with patching

Hey guys, I bought the game, installed it and everything, but when I update the game it takes really (REALLY) long time to move even 1%, and not only that, after awhile I am being disconnected (error 1106) and I can't seem to able to download a specific file named appEU.dll

If anyone can send me an updated version of the file (or maybe an updated version of all the files) to my e-mail I would be very VERY thankful.
