Poisoning and ninja

I write also in this forum because in the profession forum i had NO answer. It seems all ignorants about ninja.....

I't important for a ninja to have poisoning? Or i can raise this skill to another char?
This was my ninja template ( in raising)
Ninja 120
fence 120
tactics 115
hide 100
stealth 100
chivalry 100
magery ( with jewels) 95

I want to use it only in pvm. It's a good template? Or it's better to drop magery for poisoning?
Obiousvly i have another char for poisoning.
