It seems since yesterday's patch, whenever you use a pineapple juice and the effect wears out, your power quickly drains to 0 and will remain there for 1800 sec or until you drink another juice. Even when you drink a power potion or use a power regen skill such as power wave, it quickly drains to 0. and all this has been tested while NOT in combat.
