PC catskills Trammy keep

I was looking for a home in that area just yesterday.
Unfortunately, I don't like the keep design. But I can still hate you for placing a large house where I failed.
As for price, I couldn't tell you. But several million seems to be a good range. Maybe double for being in Trammel and more for being in a good neighborhood. What's 2* several anyway?
