Password reset on a unlinked account???

I have an unlinked UO game account under my master Mythic account. However I need a password (which I do not have) to link that account. Can someone tell me how or where to go to get a password reset on an unlinked account?

The best thing to do to get your password reset is to send an e-mail to [email protected] from the e-mail associated with that account. Please include in the e-mail any details regarding the account such as address and phone number tied to the account. Also, if there is a secret word associated with the account, please include that as well.
