OT:Did they nerf vampire form?

As far as I can remember, the most recent changes to Vampiric Form were in Publish 43, more than one year ago:

- You will get damage from garlic-based spells even when casting without reagents (for example, with 100% LRC, scrolls, etc.)
- You can only leech life with weapons, not with spells
