Can we please gt the Town Criers working on annoucing these events? I wasn't avail anyways but might be better if the Notice (in this case a fishing pole in the counsolrs guild) was a bit more public?

And having them talk about tokuno events is really a waste.

I'm not sure the EM's have any control over the town criers, but the last few events were pre-announced via lanterns (listing time and place) scattered around Luna and West-Brit Banks.
