By creating an inter-dimensional rift to step through the boundary of time and space of course!

Or just wait for a bug to show up letting people transfer to Siege, which could appear at any time considering the stability of UO

Majority of the soulstones i use on prod shard to change template on a single character.

I also mentioned Legends. Also, to show not ever character on an account has access to soul stone. After all soul stone can only be used shard it's currently on. Unless, it is transferred to another shard.
