Saw someone trying to sell the shadowlord shield for 70m at the last rares festival. Not sure if it sold. Dunno if that helps or not.

The shield pops up on vendors for around 25 million. Of course, this is on Legends where there are quite a few of them. They've spawned at multiple events I believe. A Christmas Pumpkin Pie we sold at the last rares fest for 10 million. Hope that helps.
