Sorry for the late response just noticed I got replies.
They have particular stats depending on which runic made them they were basically craftable old style magic weapons.
Poo they had different DI depending on which runic made them
Dc hammers did this:
durability +20
HCI 2
DI 20
While an agapite hammer did this:
Durabilty +120
HCI 6
DI 40
