How would one go about joining a pvp guild I dont know anyone on the server anymore so is it a who you know thing?

OMG/PKU/OPK dont get on much at all anymore that I have seen, main 3 guilds are 3T/PP, TOC/MDK or SSO. SSO wont take anyone so either 3t or toc.
