NPC Vendor changes. When is Temp. over?

The changes were suppost to be temporary. So when will they go back to Normal? Or, is this how they will remain forever? Some of us need to know if we should wait, or sell now. I would feel like a dummy if i sold my 200k boards for 2-3gp now, and they end up going back to 6-11 gp, like it used to be.
