Nox parry scribe Mage suit

Hello all, need some advice on building a perfect suit for my pvper. Mainly looking for caps on suits. What's the most mr I can have, things like that.

Skills are:
120 mage/eval/resist/parrry
80psn,60 med.
100 inscribe.

Stats
150 str(with pots) 150 hp
85 dex(with pots) 85 dex
132 Int with current armor 182 mana with current armor.

First I see a problem in your template. You neither got Wrestling or Anatomy for defense. So I guess you are using a mage weapon. Since you got no bushido, you would have to use a shield to make parry useful. And weapon + shield would make it impossible to use pots.
For the caps:

HPI 25
SDI with your template 30
HPR 18
MR doesnt really have a cap, but more than 30 isnt useful
SR 24
MI no cap
SI no cap
LMC 40
CF 12
Damage Eater 18
Every single Eater 30
RPD I am not 100% sure, but I think its 110
