Kijustsu Anei Village
The Library previously known as the Mystic Library is once again open to the public and now called the Library Of Arcane Knowledge. The new caretaker, Violet Coldstorm was hired to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the Library, which rests almost on top of the Well of Souls (Tokuno). I have attempted to run a background check on Violet but very little information could be found. Those who have met her say she is a very curious woman and seems to be very preoccupied with her work.
Anyone wishing to submit spells, rituals, blessings, ancient tomes or anything that could be found in such a library is more then welcome to. Those running the library with Violet encourage you to red leaf any books you wish to have added to the library. This will prevent other players from tampering with your book.
Submissions can be put in the mailbox at the "Dark Tower Alchemy and Magic building, located to the left of the Library. If you have further questions about the library or how to send in your works feel free to contact Violet Coldstorm, or Dread Lady CaT.
