You can dye any cloth items sigil with the purchase of a dye tub from a tailor. The leather pieces cannot be replicated as easily, you have to own/or borrow one of the old sigil bugged leather dye tubs to dye the rest of the pieces.

Bone, Wooden Weapons, Bows, Torches, Lanterns, Masks and Spellbooks are all authentically hued from the days of acquiring the town sigil and cannot be replicated.

Cloth, Leather, Metal and Runebooks can still be replicated
