Enhanced Client Ninjitsu animal form

I was pleased when setting up the new client, to find I can assign a specific animal to the spell on my hotbar.

However - I want to have both a specific 'ostard' button, and a separate unassigned 'select' button - but when I change one, the other is automatically updated to the same form.

I assume this is not how the selection menu is intended to work?

Cheers!

I have submitted a problem report into the system on this issue. Ideally each icon should have its own individually defined selection.

actually it was designed that way, because there is no way to determine which hotbar slot is sending the call so it's not possible to assign the value separately. In fact, if you notice, you can do the same selection from a context menu on the spell inside the spellbook...

It may have been originally designed that way, however after speaking to Bleak about the issue he indicated that this could be resolved and each icon could in fact have its own definable parameter.

yes, with some changes inside the client it can be done, just remember that animal form is not the only spell using that system, there is also: summon familiar, spell trigger, enchant and polymorph.
