Arcane Circle at West Britain Bank
Thanks to Sweety, the bank design contest winner on Catskills, all shards now have an Arcane Circle that will produce a Spellweaver Level 6 Focus.
It seems some astute player noticed the powerful effect of the Arcane Circle in Sweety's bank design on Catskills, and it was brought to Draconi’s attention in this Uhall thread. Draconi spent last night placing Arcane Circles at the banks on shards that did not have Arcane Circles in the design.
Dhara, Origin's bank design contest winner, had also used an Arcane Circle in the design ... Now we need to get enough Spellweavers together to test the power that previously had only been obtainable in The Prism of Light
