Robert Accepts Request to Speak at Fairground Opening

I have received a return letter from Robert, and he wishes to speak not only to commemorate the opening of the Fairgrounds, but also to announce a restructuring of the ‘Royal’ guard.
His speech will take place following the 7 p.m. foot-race around Britannia. Come all, and come prepared with sword and shield (or spellbook) if you are interested in becoming a part of the new guard.
A yellow moongate will be created outside the Counselor’s hall, right by the death vortex, that will take you to The Fairgrounds.
