Ok here is some more information.
In Ilshenar Controlers now randomly Spawn A Compasion Potion.
It gives you points on the Compasion Virtue...
i dont recomend the Controler House as i have never had any luck getting anything there.
Go into the Castle with the betrayers and such. There are controlers in there. You also may have luck in the exodus, And Juka City Areas...
