The Grand Re-Opening of the
Baja Auction House​

Thursday, January 7th, 6pm shard time (PST)
Gates from Luna Bank starting at 5:30pm​

Once the premier auction house of all the land,
Baja Auction House is back!!​

Now located on the east side of Luna, BAH will once again takes its place as an elite auction house, selling high end items at great prices. All this while having a good time with friends.​

​

Items to be auctioned include several 120 power scrolls, Winter Solstice memorabilia, Armor of Fortune and much more. ​

Items will be accepted until 9pm Pacific the night of the 6th.​

Rules of the Auction​

1. The Baja Auction House is first and foremost a place for fun and comradery. Please keep all behavior in that vein. Any “flaming” will be dealt with by BAH! staff
2. The BAH! Auctioneer is the master of events. The auctioneers decisions on any happenings in the event are final.
3. All sales are final and binding. Please buy your items from the vendor in a timely manner. Do not buy others winnings, doing so will get you banned from the remainder of the auction and future Baja Auction House and N^T events.
4. Please place spell books inside a secondary bag and keep banter to a minimum. Talking is encouraged, however while bidding is going on chatter must be kept at a lull.
5. All bids must increase by at least 5k
6. HAVE FUN!!!!!

What percentage cut does the house take for submitted items?

According to the post by Frost Keats on 1/20/2009, BAJA AUCTION HOUSE GRAND RE-OPENING, the percentages are: 'We will be accepting items with or without reserve prices. Auction fees are as follows; No reserve 3% of selling price, with reserve 5%.'
