[FONT=Times New Roman, serif]1. The Baja Auction House is first and foremost a place for fun and comradery. Please keep all behavior in that vein. Any flaming will be dealt with by BAH! staff[/FONT]

[FONT=Times New Roman, serif]2. The BAH! Auctioneer is the master of events. The auctioneers decisions on any happenings in the event are final.[/FONT]

[FONT=Times New Roman, serif]3. All sales are final and binding. Please buy your items from the vendor in a timely manner. Do not buy others winnings, doing so will get you banned from the remainder of the auction and future BAH!, N^T, or PvM events.[/FONT]

[FONT=Times New Roman, serif]4. Please place spell books inside a secondary bag and keep banter to a minimum. Talking is encouraged inside the Auction chat room.[/FONT]

[FONT=Times New Roman, serif]5. All bids must increase by at least 5k, and please be reasonable, don't bid 5k on an item you know will sell for 3 mil. Speed up the bidding process whenever possible, please.[/FONT]
