Okay, read the first sticky and found that the ICQ Tool bar was the reason why the updates failed. Got rid of it and am current. Now am back to the first issue of message saying another of UO is running. When I had to reinstall UO back in October I didin't have ICQ. Could this ICQ guard be causing this issue? Do I need ICQ guard, I cannot find any other information on it. Thanks in advance.
