There is slight danger in that you need to collect two tribal berries from the savages, as well as get a piece of ginger from the baker. But the quest can be done more than once per char, so just having one char that can fight is more than enough, as you can just farm the berries for a little while and then collect all your bottles of the Pepto Bismol.
