(Question) New Magincia SE-1 arcane circle in road?

I was traveling through New Magincia, and noticed that there is a black arcane circle and a black glow in the road. It is right in from of house plot SE-1. Is there a story behind this?

Checked it out with a few other weavers. It just acts like a regular arcane circle. It didn't bump the focus level up.

yes it sealed a daemon gate thing when virtuebane randomly lost in a last push scenario that made no sense since virtuebane had been winning right up until then.
