New Bard - Peacing question

Hey all, i have decided to fool around with a bard for the 1st time. My plan was to go 4x 120 Bard + 120 Focus and Mystic (Bard is Garg). I assumed that being able to fly and move at flying speed would be huge with a RC out.

here is my question tho. I am scared to have ZERO mage (will obvioulsy have jewels, spellbook, etc to swap on to travel). Is peace worth having? Or would i be better off going Dico/Provo/Music/Myst/Focus, like 80-100 mage (to make sure i can invis and such when needed) and dump the rest into like Weaving (for like Gift of Renew, Attunement, Natures Fury) or Med (for a little MR boost)

but i see a lot of people do it.

i myself havnt done it, but i see it being done.... best i can say is try it.... if ya cant switch over to it (well) then switch back.
