Need Help pls....

So i try this imbuing skills now..

im at lvl 40 trying to unravel some ash runic bows...

After i unravel it, it says i got an item in my backpack, but i don't see any in my backpack..

My backpack is not full...

Is this a bug im having or is there a reason for this?

The item stacks and they look like a big red gem (Magical Residue).
Are you using the Enhanced or 2D client? If you use Enhanced and grid mode scroll a little down and see if they drop lower in your backpack or swict h to list mode and see if its there. If you use 2D move the stuff a bit in your backpack, maybe it drops under something.
