Ok,
Been away for some time, and id like to know what is the very best way to get decent jewelry. is it through farming the crafting quests are there other quests i should do? or is it still sit there and farm the crap outa LL's?

Yes the bes way is to farm the Peerless bosses or dooms Dark Father

As above, or make a stealther and do strongboxes over and over.
