Need Donations For Public LP House

It seems that Catskills is without a public lockpicking house for aspiring treasure hunters to train at. Not for long, though!

I've got a house a little south of the Luna bridge, and I plan to open part of it up as a lockpicking house. If anyone has some lockboxes made by 100 and/or 70 tinker skill and would be willing to donate them, please send me a PM. If I don't get any donations, it'll be a little while as I finish getting two tinkers trained up to make them myself.

I know I haven't been around much, but I do still have a public lockpicking house on Catskills in Trammel. It's located SE of Britain near the beach at 28o 33'S, 14o 12'E. Here are some picks of the house. I have 40 boxes each at 50 skill, 70 skill, 90 skill and GM. I also have a rune library of T-Map locations for Fel and Tram on the second floor.
