Need a mage with High EVAL to cast feeblemind on me!

I was training resists on spectral spellbinders and have been left with a debuff icon which will not go. Its been there a week.

Speaking to a GM - yes one came along and was actually quite helpful, recommended that i get myself recast with feeblemind. So i did from a spell binder, but something to do with the skill is now higher yada yada, i need someone with high eval to cast on me and see if i can remove the icon this way.
